...means something like "Happy Independence Day!"
Today (06.12.) Finnish people celebrate their independence from Russia. Where I found that out? Well... of course on a concert! Where else? :D
I've been to certain concerts today and the last weeks: Die Toten Hosen, The Rasmus (last week on friday) and Tarja Turunen (today). Last one is known as former singer of "Nightwish" but she is more than this. Today she came to my town to bring us her Christmas songs. She as such a beautiful voice and I was starring and listening at her with an open mouth. She totally impressed me with her voice and you should know, that me and my friend sat in a church while Tarja performed. Great show but way too short! If you see, that one of those three acts is coming to your town, you absolutely shouldn't miss the show! Die Toten Hosen are so unbelievable great! The Rasmus is such a live band! Really! I listened to them years ago and they don't got me but now they did! Live it's so much more rock in Lauri's voice and the arrangements are much better than on CD! Well and Tarja... what can I say? By singing her own songs and traditional Christmas songs with a fantastic acoustic set and light show in a really cool atmosphere, she just touched me. It sounds soo bad but yes, she did! I absolutely enjoyed the show and on all shows I had the chance to escape from reality abit. I think, that's a good point.
That is one of my favourite songs from Tarja

Great sound. She's got inspired by Mozart's "Requiem" and it was her first single after her break with Nightwish. It's also on her live album "Act 1" - good stuff!

I totally fell in love with this Finnish band now. Haha who would have thought that? I nearly hated them as a child!
Well.. soon some new "poems" will follow but at the moment I'm just working or faced with other things. But as soon as I have time to write more, I will do that.
Thank you all for reading my shitty stuff here written in a "perfect high Oxford English"! <3
